Laguna di Marano
Laguna di Marano UD Friuli-Venezia Giulia
The Marano Lagunare lagoon is located geographically further north than any other part of the Mediterranean Sea. Out of the 9,500 hectares, 1,423 form the Regional Nature Reserve at the mouth of the Stella River, created in collaboration with the W.W.F. as a birdwatching oasis and protected for its natural significance since 1976. During the visit, a stop is planned at a typical "Casone." There will be an explanation about the origins and construction methods of these original dwellings, passed down from generation to generation. They are among the last remaining examples in the national territory, set in a captivating environment of rare beauty. Before returning, there will be a joyful moment with the guitars of Adriano "from Geremia." An unforgettable trip that will leave you wanting to return...
