AL CASON

Where the fresh water of the Tagliamento River meets the sea lies Al Cason, a charming restaurant named after its original purpose as a shelter for fishermen. Inside, the traditional architecture of the "cason," with its straw trusses and sloping roof, harmonizes with the modern and refined taste of the decor.

Next to the dining room, guests can enjoy the bar area, where, like in an old tavern, a cicchetto (snack) or fried dish accompanies a good glass of wine. The veranda and terrace, where diners can enjoy meals under the stars while listening to the sea, are other spaces of the restaurant.

The kitchen modernizes the simplicity of traditional flavors, featuring always fresh fish, meats, homemade desserts, and bread. The wine cellar boasts a rich selection of Friulian, Venetian, Trentino, and Slovenian labels.
